RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE

With a variety of moving parts and many parties often involved, I understand how complicated a residential real estate transaction can be. From purchases and sales to financing and leasing, I have significant experience working with buyers, sellers, attorneys, brokers and lenders when it comes to handling residential real estate transactions. Bottom line, I’m here to ensure that your transaction moves quickly and efficiently. Here’s a snapshot of the residential real estate transaction services that I provide:

  • Homebuyer Representation;
  • Seller Representation;
  • Lender Representation;
  • Landlord Services;
  • Condominium Law;
  • Real Estate Consulting.

Residential Purchase and Sale

Buying a home is not only one of the largest financial investments you’ll likely make in your lifetime, but also a significant emotional investment. Purchasing a home can be a lengthy process that requires multiple steps before the transaction is fully completed. I am here to provide you with the homebuyer representation that you deserve. From negotiating and preparing the purchase and sale agreement to closing, I will guide you every step of the way so you can confidently pursue the home of your dreams.

Selling a home can also be complex from both a financial and an emotional standpoint. I understand that when you’re selling your home, your goal is to realize your investment benefits.

In addition to home buyer and seller representation, I also provide title services. Title to property is supposed to transition from seller to buyer once the transaction closes. There are, however, instances in which there may be discrepancies in the deed, liens against the property, or unrecorded conveyances. I’m here to streamline the conveyance and to ensure that the title is clean in order to prevent a delay in finalizing the transaction and protecting your investment.

Residential Leasing

Do you own a residential property that you’re renting to a tenant? If the answer is yes, then you should consider hiring legal representation to prepare and/or review your residential lease(s) and to ensure that disputes are handled in a professional, timely and efficient manner.

If you run into an issue with your tenant (i.e., non-payment of rent, engaging in illegal activity, or breaching a lease in any other way), I’m here to advise you and, if necessary, initiate eviction proceedings to remove the tenant.

In closing, there are a variety of factors that can impact the outcome of a residential real estate transaction. It’s critical that you have experienced legal representation by your side to help you understand the process so that you can be confident in this important decision.
